Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Relay membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Relay Health services until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied following your cancellation. To cancel your membership or view your subscription information, please visit your account settings within the Relay app.
If you purchased access via Apple or Google, you can cancel directly through the App Store or Play Store respectively (usually, this means going into your phone settings and finding the option to manage your subscriptions). If you purchased through the website, you should have received an email from Stipe, our payment processing platform, with a link to manage your subscription.

Refunds
Our mission is to provide the most effective, comprehensive programs possible. We know you’ve had your hopes up before, so we want to help you give Relay a fair chance, worry-free. If within 30 days you don’t feel that the Relay program has been valuable for you, you can contact our support team at support@joinrelay.app; simply tell us a bit about your situation and we will help with the refund process.
Please note that if you purchased through our website, we can help issue the refund directly; however, if you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you will need to request a refund directly from them as Relay does not have the power to make refunds through the App Store or Play Store.
For Apple App Store: To request a refund for a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, visit the Apple Report a Problem page, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Relay Health subscription, and select "Report a Problem." Choose the option that best describes your issue, and then explain why you are requesting a refund. Apple will review your request and notify you via email once they've made a decision (we typically have seen them process requests within 1-2 days).
For Google Play Store: To request a refund for a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store, open the Google Play Store app, tap the menu icon, and go to "Account" > "Purchase History." Find your Relay Health subscription and select "Report a problem." Follow the prompts to choose your issue and request a refund. Google Play will review your request and notify you of their decision.
